This week the events started kicking in for me! We had the first team meeting of the semester on Monday. Tuesday I did my last original welcome desk! Wednesday I did a prospective tour, followed by the Student Government meeting which was surprisingly so much fun. I got to meet new people and learn more about the role of student's voices on campus. I love that this initiative is coming to UC Blue Ash; it's honestly one of the many amazing opportunities available through the Student Life office, and I hope it's received with engagement and acceptance. On Saturday we had a leadership retreat that created more opportunities for reflection and growth, I'm really glad we got to do this as a way of showing how much this position can add to one's personal and professional character. This was a good week in every way, I got a promotion at work, I'm going to be handling Tide as another product in addition to Bounce Touch-Up which is what I have been working on since I started. I learned a lot from my events this week, and had great times at work and school so I'm happy and positive; hope you are too!!
