Most of the events have been during my classes which has unfortunately made my weeks not very eventful. This week our Monday meeting was canceled which gave me time to catch up on homework. On Thursday I got to finally meet with Dr. Shade about the next steps in the assistantship. He has a lot of good ideas that will definitely make it an exciting and educational opportunity. After that, I had my welcome desk shift, which went by as smoothly as usual. Other than that I wish I could do more events, and hopefully, that changes as we get more events that work with my class schedule.
