This week I worked the recruitment tabling event, which was very easy going. Then I gave a tour to prospective students, which is another great way for me to practice my skills. Then lastly, that same day was the ambassador meeting. On Tuesday, I attended the Building and Grounds committee and was very happy to find out that I was appointed a secretary for my subcommittee. It was a great opportunity for me as a student representative to voice my concerns, and take on an active role on the committee. Open house on Wednesday was very fun and finally allowed me to have a role as a social media ambassador. Working with the bearcat and posting on Snapchat reminded me of how much I like my role, and how it is my favorite part of being an ambassador; so it made me realize that I want to have a more vital role in the process of UC Blue Ash social media. On Friday, we got to see the bearcat again for a fun campus photo shoot, then after that, I picked up Josh’s tour which was a great end to my week. The students were extremely engaged and asked great questions which made it an exciting tour. So I’ve had a great week, and really want every week coming forward to be the same. Spotted!
